who completes either 24 or 48 weeks continuous employment can choose a holiday worth £1500

£1,000 for each candidate or vacancy introduced resulting in an

STEP 1 - READ THE ADVERT

We are looking for good communicators. You are studying for a degree or higher qualification or have already graduated & have experience in  sales, engineering, computing, languages, advertising or any other related disciplines.

STEP 2 - DECIDE WHAT YOU WANT

We support and advise on the following recruitment requirements.

STEP 3 - APPLY FOR VACANCY ONLINE

We Search - Identify & attract the best people by location & skill. 

                   Review CV’s & select a shortlist of 3 for interview.


Interviews - Discuss position with candidate prior to Introduction. 

                   Confirm - WHO, WHAT, WHERE, WHY, WHEN, HOW, with you.

STEP 4 - ATTEND INTERVIEW

Discuss position with candidate prior to & following interview.

 

Candidate will be introduced to RECRUITMENT PARTNER or KEY ACCOUNT within 24 hours. Notification of a placement is advised to advertising agent immediately following interview by DECISION MAKER & the result confirmed through contract for services detailing;

 
                                 SALARY CONFIRMATION, START DATE & BENEFITS.

STEP 5 - ACCEPT & START EMPLOYMENT
